Join ken Feakins on a monthly basis at Yoga in Fergus for an opportunity to experience connection and solidarity amongst a group of supportive men. This gathering is about support, acceptance and accountability. Your time will include physical activity, honest sharing, breathwork and meditation, somatic release and mindful techniques that will help us look directly at things we have been carrying around and let them go.

Deep Restore: Ayurvedic
Yoga for balance
November 9, 6:00-7:00pm
Explore deep restoration through Ayurveda and Yoga as we prepare for the winter season. This two hour workshop with Clinical Ayurvedic specialist, Chloe Chaput, will introduce the Ayurvedic approach to living in balance with the late autumn and early winter seasons. Ayurveda is a holistic medical science that can be traced back thousands of years and holds its roots in modern day India. Ayurveda works with the principle that everything in nature, including us, is made up of varying amounts of the five elements and endeavours to help us find balance in all aspects of our life. In this experiential class, we will explore movement, breathing, self massage and yoga nidra (non-sleep deep rest).
Holiday Restorative Yoga

Take a pause from the busy holidays and treat yourself to a much needed rest. This special 90-minute candlelit restorative class will include the use of yoga props, heated lavender eye masks, and accuballs as a way of helping you unwind and relax. The class will finish with warm tea and snacks.
